❓ Wholesale FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 100 units per design for custom and private label orders. Ready-made stock designs can be mixed across titles to reach the 100 unit minimum, and dropshipping has no minimum at all.
How much do wholesale kits cost?
For a 40 × 50 cm rolled-canvas kit: $4.20 per unit at 100–499, $3.60 at 500–1,999, $3.05 at 2,000–4,999 and $2.60 at 5,000+. Final pricing depends on canvas size, paint count, packaging and whether the canvas is rolled or pre-stretched.
Can you produce kits under our own brand?
Yes — private label is standard. Your logo goes on the box, canvas edge, paint tray and instruction sheet, and we can produce custom colour boxes, barcodes, hang tags, multilingual inserts and retail-ready shrink wrapping.
How long does production take?
Digital proofs in 24–48 hours, a physical pre-production sample in 5–7 days, and bulk production in 15–25 days depending on quantity and packaging complexity, plus shipping time.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes. One free stock-design sample kit is provided and you cover freight. Custom samples using your own artwork carry a sample fee that is credited back against your first bulk order.
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes — blind dropshipping with no minimum. Send orders via CSV, API or a Shopify / WooCommerce connection and we ship directly to your customer in your branded packaging, with no supplier documents enclosed.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. Sea freight to the US, EU, UK, Australia and Canada for pallet quantities, air or express courier for smaller and urgent orders. We ship EXW, FOB or DDP.
Are the paints safe and certified?
Our acrylic paints are non-toxic and water-based. Kits can be supplied meeting EN71-3, ASTM D-4236 and CPSIA requirements, with test reports issued for your specific order on request.
Can we use your online generator for our own artwork?
Yes. The free generator on our homepage lets you preview how any photo converts before you commit. For production we re-process your files at print resolution with manual colour tuning.
